CEO, President
I started in the concrete field in 1999. I started small with doing mainly residential work. As the business grew, I would attend seminars and classes and learn new techniques. Even though I loved meeting home owners and helping them make their homes even more beautiful, I knew the business would only be more successful if I added commercial work. Today, that is our main focus at DCR--commercial polishing, epoxy, and stained concrete.

Vickie retired from Dental Hygiene in 2010 and since then has worked alongside her husband and CEO Demus Jordan to help grow the company.

I am Michael Barksdale, I am the Office Manager for DCR. I've been with the company since 2015. I love being a part of a team that exhibits integrity, respect, and true professionalism for our customers. I enjoy the flexibility that I have with my position and working for a family that truly cares about each of their employees. I love my job and I am proud of the DCR name and reputation we have in our community.

Lyle started working for DCR in 2022. As Shop Manager, he is responsible for keeping the equipment running and ordering materials.
